Clear before you pay

How payments work on Helprr

When you accept an offer, you first see a dedicated payment review. It shows exactly which offer you chose, the service fee, and your total.

For customers

  1. 1Before paying, the customer reviews the selected offer, the 5% service fee and the exact total.
  2. 2The customer pays the full displayed amount through Stripe; the offer is accepted only after payment succeeds.
  3. 3After completion, the customer confirms that the job is complete and releases the payment.
  4. 4The service provider's net amount then becomes available in the Helprr wallet and Stripe processes the payout to the connected bank account.

For helpers

When the completed job is paid out, a 5% service fee is deducted from the helper payout. The service provider's net amount then becomes available in the Helprr wallet and Stripe processes the payout to the connected bank account.

Paying with Stripe

Stripe processes online payments and payouts as the payment provider; Helprr determines and displays the job and payment-flow status.

If the job does not go ahead

If no work has been performed, the customer can request job cancellation and a full refund through Helprr Support. After review, the standard outcome is either a full refund or no refund; a partial refund is not a standard outcome. This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

For a cancellation, payment question, or conflict, contact info@helprr.nl. We will review the situation and explain the available next step.
