Describe and post your job
Explain what needs to be done, where and when, optionally add photos, and set a target price.
Compare offers and choose
Compare offers and profiles. Before your choice is final, review the offer, the 5% service fee and exact total, then pay through Stripe.
Complete and release payment
After the job, confirm completion and release the payment. You can then leave a review and the helper's net amount becomes available for payout.

Pricing
Clear fees only when a job moves forward
Browsing, posting and bidding are free. Helprr only charges a service fee when a customer accepts a bid and the job is paid through the platform.
Customers pay 5%
When you accept an offer, a 5% service fee is added to the agreed amount.
Helpers pay 5%
When the completed job is paid out, a 5% service fee is deducted from the helper payout.
10% total across both sides
The total platform fee is split evenly: 5% for the customer and 5% for the helper. There are no subscriptions or monthly platform fees.
Service fees apply only when an offer is accepted and the job is paid through the platform.
