Why we started Helprr
Helprr started from something familiar: a long to-do list in and around the home, but not always the time, energy or experience to do everything yourself. For many of those jobs, a heavy professional process is too much, while asking around your own network does not always work.
That is why we are building a platform where people can describe their job clearly and helpers can respond to work that fits their skills, planning and region. Think furniture assembly, cleaning, painting, garden work, moving help or other practical support.
Our goal is simple: make asking for help and offering help more normal, more transparent and better organized. The marketplace grows around clear job descriptions, profiles, reviews, platform communication and payment via Stripe.

As a customer you pay the agreed amount upfront when you accept an offer; this amount is held safely in escrow and only paid out to the helper after the job is completed and you have released the payment via the app or website.

Browsing, posting a job and responding to a job are free. When a customer accepts an offer and pays through the platform, the customer pays a 5% service fee and the Helprr pays a 5% service fee from the payout.
Helprr is a marketplace and does not provide default job insurance. Make clear agreements with the Helprr and, where needed, check your own insurance or the qualifications of the person carrying out the job.
