Helprr B.V. respects the privacy of visitors and users, particularly their rights regarding automated processing of personal data. To ensure transparency, this policy explains our processing activities, their purposes, and the options available to individuals to exercise their rights. This Privacy Policy describes how Helprr (‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, web app, or mobile Helprr application (together, the Services). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Personal and usage information
We may collect personal information that you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, or other information you choose to provide when using the Services. When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device information including your IP address, device type, operating system, app version, build number, and usage patterns. This helps us improve the functionality and performance of the Services.
Analytics, attribution and notifications
We use first-party analytics to understand how people find and use Helprr. This may include page visits, app opens, download-button clicks, source or campaign information, anonymous and session identifiers, account user IDs after login, and product interaction events such as whether a job was posted, matched, or completed. We may use analytics processors such as PostHog for funnels, attribution, product usage, and lifecycle reporting. We may use notification processors such as OneSignal for transactional notifications and lifecycle messages based on backend-owned eligibility rules. Analytics events are limited to approved fields. We do not use them to store chat bodies, job descriptions, payment credentials, private documents, full addresses, raw provider payloads, tokens, or secrets.
Advertising tracking
We do not use IDFA, Android Advertising ID, fingerprinting, data brokers, or cross-app advertising tracking for this analytics work. We do not use Helprr analytics events for third-party ad retargeting. If this changes, we will update this policy and applicable store privacy disclosures before release.
Use of information
We may use collected information to provide and maintain the Services, enhance user experience, and improve features and functionality. We may use personal information to communicate with you, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send important Service updates and notifications. We may aggregate and anonymize information to produce statistical or other aggregated information that identifies no individual and may be used for any lawful purpose.
Information sharing and service providers
We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including hosting, payments (such as Stripe), notifications (such as OneSignal), analytics (such as PostHog), diagnostics, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to protect the information and may not use it for another purpose. We may disclose personal information when required by law or in response to a valid governmental or law-enforcement request. In a merger, acquisition, or sale or transfer of some or all assets, we may disclose or transfer personal information to the acquiring party subject to this Privacy Policy.

Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Helprr account and associated personal data at any time. In the Helprr app, go to profile settings and choose ‘Delete account’. You can also email info@helprr.nl from the address linked to your Helprr account.
When processing a deletion request, we delete or deactivate the account and remove personal account information no longer needed to provide the Services. Some records may be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or accounting purposes. Where retention is required, we keep data only as long as necessary for that purpose.
Changes to this policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
