Personal & Usage Information

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, device type, operating system, app version, build number, and usage patterns. This information helps us improve the functionality and performance of the Services.
Analytics, Attribution & Notifications
We use first-party analytics to understand how people find and use Helprr. This may include page visits, app opens, download button clicks, source or campaign information, anonymous and session identifiers, account user IDs after login, and product interaction events such as whether a job was posted, matched, or completed.
We may use analytics processors such as PostHog to help us report on funnels, attribution, product usage, and lifecycle performance. We may use notification processors such as OneSignal to send transactional notifications and lifecycle messages based on backend-owned eligibility rules.
Analytics events are limited to approved fields. We do not use analytics events to store chat message bodies, job descriptions, payment credentials, private documents, full addresses, raw provider payloads, tokens, or secrets.
Advertising Tracking
We do not use IDFA, Android Advertising ID, fingerprinting, data brokers, or cross-app advertising tracking for this analytics work. We do not use Helprr analytics events for third-party ad retargeting. If this changes, we will update this policy and the applicable store privacy disclosures before release.
Use of Information
We may use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Services, enhance user experience, and improve the features and functionality of the Services.
We may use your personal information to communicate with you, respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send you important updates and notifications related to the Services.
We may aggregate and anonymize the information collected from users to generate statistical or other aggregated information. This information does not identify any individual and may be used for any lawful purpose.

Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Helprr account and associated personal data at any time. In the Helprr app, go to your profile settings and choose “Delete account”. You can also request deletion by emailing info@helprr.nl from the email address linked to your Helprr account.
When we process an account deletion request, we delete or deactivate the account and remove personal account information that is no longer needed to provide the Services. Some records may be kept where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or accounting purposes. Where retention is required, we keep the data only for as long as necessary for that purpose.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
