Every day a wide variety of jobs are posted on Helprr. From practical tasks like fixing a leaking tap, hanging a curtain rail, replacing a broken lamp or planing a door that no longer closes properly, to bigger jobs such as moving house, painting a room, giving the garden a makeover or assembling a pile of IKEA furniture. Because you describe the job yourself and indicate when you need help, Helprrs can quickly see which jobs match their skills and schedule.
The clearer your job description, the easier it is for helpers to make a realistic offer. Feel free to add photos, explain the situation (for example whether there is a lift, how many pieces of furniture are involved or how big the room is) and mention whether you already have materials on site. Payments
When you accept a bid, you pay the agreed amount upfront. We securely hold this amount until the job is completed, then release it to the Helprr.
This escrow-like method provides certainty for both parties. You know the job will be completed well, and the helper knows the payment is ready.
For every job we charge a 5% service fee to the customer and a 5% service fee to the helper. These fees are automatically included in the amount you see when accepting a bid and when the job is paid out.
