How does Helprr work?
Learn how Helprr works, how bidding works and at what moment you actually pay for your job. In short: you post your job with a target price, receive bids from helpers and only pay once you accept a bid. Payment is handled securely via Stripe and released to the helper after the job is done.

Describe and post your job
Explain what needs to be done, where and when, optionally add photos, and set a target price.
Compare offers and choose
Compare offers and profiles. Before your choice is final, review the offer, the 5% service fee and exact total, then pay through Stripe.
Complete and release payment
After the job, confirm completion and release the payment. You can then leave a review and the helper's net amount becomes available for payout.
Popular types of jobs on Helprr
Every day a wide variety of jobs are posted on Helprr. From practical tasks like fixing a leaking tap, hanging a curtain rail, replacing a broken lamp or planing a door that no longer closes properly, to bigger jobs such as moving house, painting a room, giving the garden a makeover or assembling a pile of IKEA furniture. Because you describe the job yourself and indicate when you need help, Helprrs can quickly see which jobs match their skills and schedule.
The clearer your job description, the easier it is for helpers to make a realistic offer. Feel free to add photos, explain the situation (for example whether there is a lift, how many pieces of furniture are involved or how big the room is) and mention whether you already have materials on site. Not sure about the price yet? Start with a target price and see which bids come in – you’re not committed to anything until you actually accept an offer.

Payments
Before paying, the customer reviews the selected offer, the 5% service fee and the exact total.
The customer pays the full displayed amount through Stripe; the offer is accepted only after payment succeeds.
After completion, the customer confirms that the job is complete and releases the payment. The service provider's net amount then becomes available in the Helprr wallet and Stripe processes the payout to the connected bank account.
