The customer will let you know if the job needs to be done in person or remotely and provides dates when the job should be completed.
You can start working on the job knowing that your payment is already secured: the customer pays upfront via Stripe. When you complete the job and request payment, the customer gets a notification to release it. The money is then safely transferred to your specified bank account.
It's completely up to you who you're comfortable working with. When browsing jobs, you can view the customer's profile and previous reviews to see if you want to help them.

After you request a payout, the money is transferred to your registered bank account. This takes up to 7 business days at most; in practice it often arrives sooner. You can see in the app when the payout has been processed.
